International Rules of Play - The complete set of official rules used in all sanctioned competitions.
Course Assessment Form - To be used by assessors during your level 1 certification process.

These documents outline the structure, expectations, and regulations for referees worldwide. They are particularly useful as you progress toward higher qualifications.
CMAS Referee Standards - Defines referee levels, competencies, and pathways.
CMAS Referee Structure - Benchmarks and code of conduct for all referees.
CMAS Tournament Regulations - Guidance for officiating at CMAS-sanctioned events.
