SchoolAuckland UWH runs a structured school league for players in Years 9–13, with College Sport Auckland (CSA) acting as the league’s administrator.

ClubClubs are open to players of all levels who want to take their game further. Auckland has three active clubs, each offering training, competition, and community:
Monday nights are standard club training sessions across various pools. Weekly leagues are held at West Wave (Wednesdays) and Manurewa (Thursdays). With multiple tournaments throughout the year, club play is perfect for those looking for regular competition, social fun or both. |

Auckland UWH is working to schedule Have-a-Go nights - open sessions where anyone can come along, hop in the water, and give the sport a try in a fun, supportive environment.
