Underwater hockey is a fast-paced, non-contact sport played on the bottom of a swimming pool. Players use small sticks to push a weighted puck into the opposing team’s goal, all while holding their breath and working as a team. It’s challenging, exhilarating, and unlike anything you’ve tried before.
